There is a 50% deposit required to reserve a room except for the holiday season when a 100% deposit is required. Holiday season is Dec. 17 – Jan. 3 and Apr. 13 – Apr. 20. Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to check in and 50% refundable up to two weeks prior. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than fifteen days prior to arrival date.
